Booking Information

At MWL Events we pride ourselves on promoting and marketing our events and we operate a "Fair Booking Policy". 

If you are interested in applying for a stall at one of our events please complete the Event Registration Form. Once you register for our events you will be placed on our database.  All contacts on the database will be emailed to notify when the appliction form will go live.

In order to qualify for a stall at our events applicants must meet certain criteria and stalls are confirmed based on a strict selection process which includes:

  • Quality
  • Presentation
  • Professionalism
  • Uniqueness

We request that all applicants submit photos of:

  • Your stall layout (if this is your first market then a mock up on your dining table will suffice)
  • 3 products

We look at each application submitted and select the best mix of stalls for the market based on the following categories:

1) traders who design and make all elements of their products

  • an artist who paints original pieces of art
  • Textile designers who create original patterns and make the items
  • A jeweller who cuts, solders, polishes materials to form an item of jewellery

2) designers and creative persons

  • Jewellery created from threaded beads and jewellery findings
  • Painting onto objects such as glass
  • Making items to other peoples designs
  • Designing products for others to produce in limited quantities

3) food producers

  • All food made from scratch

We prioritise applicants based on geographical location and whether registerered a business.

In order to qualify for a stall your items must be handmade and you must possess valid public liability insurance.  Due to demand an application will only be considered once we receive a completed booking form and a copy of your relevant certificates.  If you are selling food you must hold a food hygiene certificate and a copy must be provided with your booking. If you make/ sell soap or skincare products you must hold a current cosmetic safety assessment and a copy must be provided with your application.

Only items listed on your booking form are to be sold and any items that we feel are not handmade will have to be removed from sale.  Items which are made using or contain characters (i.e Disney) or logos are not permitted to be sold at our events unless you can supply evidence that you hold a commercial licence.  Without evidence MWL Events have the right to ask you to remove these items from your stall.

Refunds will not be made for cancellations less than 15 working days prior to an event.  Cancellations made before this will be refunded but only once a replacement booking is found.  MWL Events have the right to reject forms from applicants who persistently cancel.

MWL Events reserve the right to cancel and refund any booking which they feel could have a negative impact on the reputation of the business.
